Here is a photo I did with post processing done in both Photoshop and Painter. I cleaned up the photo in Photoshop and then later did acrylic painting in Painter. Note that this is my first ever clone painting attempt in Painter and it probably shows. However, I learned a ton of techniques and will surely be posting much better artistic renditions of my photographs. Painter IX.5 is awesome and I am so glad I experimented with this. One cool thing is that this photo was so blurry it was beyond recognition almost. By using Painter I was able to sharpen and paint with acrylic to basically save the photo. I would like to have a tad more painting look then I got, but considering I wanted to save this photo, I think Painter did a great job. I also used the Wacom tablet to paint everything in. After I transfered the painting to my textured layer I realized a few more cool techniques for find missed spots. I noticed I missed a few, but oh well, next time I will do a much better job I think. I am looking forward to doing some airbrushing and watercolor as well both in Photoshop and Painter.
