I sometimes feel like all I do is complain on my own blog, but with years of experience on the internet, I am increasingly becoming upset at all the bad products, online schools, and communication systems. I just now ordered a Wacom Tablet DVD instructional tutorial from PhotoshopCafe which allowed me to download online. However, their website download sysytem is a nightmare. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND downloading anything from that website until you email the support asking for specific instructions. They do send a download email but it is really bad. The problem is that you MUST use the same browser that is tracking your cookie. If you don’t have cookies enabled or accidentally closed your browser, you will be screwed and have to waste time sending emails and transaction information to Photoshopcafe. Furthermore you have to have your spyware software most likely turned off and lower your security in order to have a chance as well to download this product properly. In all fairness, the products from Photoshopcafe are very good, but the method to download and distribute the products to those who have purchased them is very very bad. I would be very careful about downloading a purchased item from this site without a precise set of instructions. Enough said.

Well after a day I finally got another email with a new download link from Photoshopcafe. This allowed me to establish a new cookie and download the material. Interestingly enough I didn’t get any explanation from Photoshopcafe. I thought Photoshopcafe was very unprofessional in my opinion and I will not do any business with this website or individuals again. Rude!
