Japanese lanterns are a blast to photograph in Japan. I shot this photograph with a lot of light in the background towards the sky in order to get that high-key white background look.

Oden is a popular type of dish in Japan. It was a very windy day when I took this photograph. I liked how the lines of the photograph are going in different directions.
