			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Although it&#8217;s very difficult to get this look on purpose, my intention was to have a still background while the subject was in motion.  Sometimes I can do this and the subject looks clear enough to keep it&#8217;s identity.  I didn&#8217;t think this photo is too hard on the eyes.  The suject is a Japanese mail carrier with the signature red bike and mailbox on the back.</p>
