			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The red scooter is the Japan mail service.  These guys drive their scooters like crazy as if they are always in a race to the finish line.  The only other scooter riders that can compete with these guys are the Pizza delivery guys.  Both are quite nuts when it comes to how they drive on the road.  You really have to be careful.  Here these two look like they are dragging, but it&#8217;s actually me getting a last second shot.  In a perfect world, the car would be gone, but it was either something or nothing.  I actually like the shot in an interesting sort of way.</p>
